Shaun and his team offer excellent customer service. while our group ate, I watched the team further what I decided to be consistently excellent service

Skip this one! Horrible service thru the drive up! I get that we are all short staffed. But four cars through the outside lane before the guy was ready to take my order. Unbelievable. No apologies either? I won’t be back at this one.

Who complains about McDonald's!!?? This is the American legendary Hamburger!!! The style, the service the clean guide lines that every freaking franchise has copy.... Good job guys!!

Over all ... all McDonald's and fast food chains alike need to get it together!!!! As a delivery driver for doordash, Grubhub etc.. we just just need our food that has been ordered already. All food chains are missing the BOAT!! Why should we have to wait in a drive-thru line taking up space for a customer who still needs to order food. Wasting our gas and time waiting in your drive-thru line .. when ... all you have to do is keep your doors open for us so we can stay out of your lines stressing you all out and it gives us a chance to use a rest room stretch our legs and interact with other drivers waiting for their food. I appreciate resturants like jack in box and others who has a door open for us at all hours and let's us use the restroom and even lets us fill our drinks out of the kindness of their hearts because they appreciate us and realize all customers is a person who keeps them with a job. I pray that one day this message is read by the person who will help change the ideas of others to push a positive movement forward. God bless everyone.

The doors were locked when trying to go for breakfast.It appears they were not opened for dine in. Only drive thru... so we went somewhere else.
