Zanzibar Billiards Club

Was playing casual pool w/ some friends on a Saturday afternoon. Around 5pm they randomly turned up the music to eardrum destroying levels. I asked the bartender if she could turn it down and she said oh i did . It was still incredibly loud (thanks for nothing bartender) again, not an expert, but seemed like hearing damaging levels. We left shortly after along with half the bar. There are better bars to play pool at (e.g. Wynkoop Brewery) I 'd recommend avoiding this one.

Zanzibar Billiards Club was a bar rescue John Taffer and unfortunately it went downhill since John Taffer rescued it there is no food the pool tables are questionable the service of from the bartender she really did not know how to make Long Island Iced Teas probably the reason why they were so cheap

Your average downtown Denver bar. Plenty of pool tables. Security staff at the door was great.

The place was good. It had a good atmosphere at a great price. Only $10 per hr for the pool table. I order chicken wings, but they were too salty, and I couldn’t eat them. Other than that, it’s a great place to entertain yourself.
