I bought their pancake mix at Kroger. Made myself a few pancakes and 2 hours later had the most debilitating cramps ever. Made my heart race, couldn’t move I was in so much pain. The best pancake mixes around ! Wow......have tried three flavors so far and love them all.The blueberry mix has huge berries that come to life when made. Great product

Sorry Mom but these are THE best Pancakes I have ever had. I could win a pancake eating competition if it used Birch Benders mix. Made the peanut butter batch first. Next up: cinnamon!

Gluten free pancakes are somewhat 'normal '.Paleo pancakes never come out right for me and the taste is 'off '.

Don't buy. Purchased two birchbenders paleo pancake mixes. It bubbled up almost immediately as if it had too much soda/baking powder. Tried calling toll number but if you don't know extensions then you won't reach a person. I followed directions to push zero, but it also didn't work. Guess I will throw the products away.
