Bidrage med feedbackThe food and service was very good, but the captain/manager Christian was exceptional. He made sure that we were very happy, but when our meal was over and we tried to get a taxi or Uber in front of the restaurant, he went beyond...and beyond. He noticed that we had problems and came out to see if we needed help. At this point we had canceled a driver on the way to 3 so that he went back. After 2 more cancellations he came out again, used his app and ordered another, took us back, offered us drinks and was just incredible. La Tratto, if you listen, Capitán Christian is your best ambassador.
Started with 2 pinacoladas that had no alcohol in them. No service. Dinner was salty and no grated cheese offered for pasta dinner. Both pots were small. Salad is no longer served with duck. Paper napkin, small and only 1 per customer. Had a glass of red wine with dinner. Small portion of an acidic wine. That was our favorite restaurant, but not anymore.
At this place for lunch in the middle of a working day, and was quite impressed. We tried the Carpaccio, rigatoni di quattro formaggi and a Linguini with mushrooms. Our friends had pizzas. Everything was made elegant and tastily... the meal was a nice, authentic Italian meal, but with some Yucateco touches as the local Chile cut on the Carpaccio. All in all, BRAVO. The only drawback was low... the waitress was a bit inexperienced, which made a few moments of confusion. But she had the best intentions, so it was all right.
This is the newest of the Trotter family restaurants. Very unique design. Same menu as La Tratto Santa Lucia. Great food. The pizzas are delicious with a very light crust.
