George's Diner - Meredith

This is by far our favorite breakfast place at The Lake. The food is amazing and a great value. The people are very friendly and attentive even when they are really busy (which is often). Love George's!

Great little place with fresh food. Prices are great as well as portion sizes.

Diner is small and busy, but the turnovers are pretty fast. If you want to eat at the counter, you don't have to wait to be seated. We got the burrito breakfast and a waffle with fruit toppings. The burrito breakfast was good. The home fries were soft and not a lot of seasonings. The waffle needed to be crisper. The strawberry isn't fresh. Price were reasonably. Portions were good.

Fantastic wait staff, very reasonable prices, and delicious food. Easy five stars!!

This cute little place is a must- go eatery. Tiny and clean and surprisingly quiet). Service cannot be beat. Tripe and Tips were awesome. Chicken Fried Steak was ok . Desserts were delicious and homemade. Coffee was super.
