This location tends to want rush you while ordering in the drive through. I get it that it gets busy but I don't like being constantly asked is that it, is that it.

They make the drinks good but their customer service is bad. I did a mobile ordered and picked up my order 2 minutes earlier than what they put my estimated time. There was no line but their worker Jessica told me for future references give them 10 minutes. So I’m assuming they don’t want you to listen to your estimated pick up time on the app, complaining to me when there was no line. Ridiculous

I often order on the mobile app and I still have to stand outside and wait a long time to get my order. They need to improve their service, so disappointing.

I was stunned when store staff refused to allow me to use the restroom when I arrived to pick up an order. They were rude and abrupt in their refusal.They will likely use COVID as an excuse to explain away this horrible customer service if they even bother to respond to my customer service complaint.I manage a staffing branch and we have operated throughout COVID. We have never denied our visitors and customer restroom use.
