Bidrage med feedbackThank you for your great customer services, I had the best service ever from management and great way to Star? I never had a bad experience at this place eating is great, love to watch the sports games. Great job guys!
After $36 for a small gluten-free pizza, it came cold and soggy in the middle. Incredible, loss of $36= Won?t order from here again. You give a tip before time and that's what you get?? Will be ordered here when my mom comes to town, but not anymore.
I'm sorry to give a star. I'm clearly disabled, and I've been 10 years old. I have a well-trained, well-behaved, well-maintained service dog. I had her since she was 8 weeks old and she saved my life, and then I can count. She goes everywhere, and I mean everywhere with me, court, hospital, etc. I'm going to this restaurant and the cashier says I don't have my dog in there. I answered: Yes, I can, she is my servant. My husband goes in there and orders $40. In food and she says to my husband, are you with her? In a truly respectful way. He tells her he is and she tells him we have to sit on the door. I ordered a salad, so I want to sit at the salad bar, away from the others who eat there, too. Another lady comes out and tells me I don't have my dog in there. I'm telling her she's my servant, she even has her day. So she tells me we have to sit at the front door where most other people are sitting, and I would have to go from other guests to get my salad. I told her that sounds like discrimination. We have a refund. They were completely rude, the handle of them and it really embarrassed me. I cried because they didn't even bring me aside to talk quietly with me, but she chose it before the other customers, Hella loud. You'll hear from my lawyer. If a service animal comes into your facility, it is acceptable to ask if the animal is actually a necessary service animal if it is not clearly marked and what specific function the service animal performs. That's it. Your staff cannot judge whether the animal is necessary or not, or may ask the customer to provide documentation, perform the task or to inquire about the disability of the customer. Certification paper is not required and there is a hut industry of sites that calculate money for unneededed paper certifications. Where can a Service Dog Walk in a restaurant? Service animals provide additional accessibility. This means that they move through any public space that your customers usually have access to salad bars, buffets and food service lines.
Your pizza is good for a chain restaurant, but the buffet is practically a scam. My family was there almost two hours and they barely brought out 3 small pizzas. Save your money and just order all the pizzas.
I love it there. Practicly raised my kids and grandkids there. Cool comfortable games and buffet with tv a bar and clean bathrooms I would like to live at Mountain Mike's Pizza. Maybe they'll hire me ???
