Taco Bell - Mentor

The person who took care of my order said she was the gm of the taco bell. She was absolutely kind to take my order and asked if I needed something else

Since 10 years here for nigh and after kovid seemed to stabilize, they can not even remain open in the drive thru past 12, which is a scandal for taco bell above all because they are beaten as the late night master

Customer Service was terrible. Had a voucher from a manger and when given to the cashier was laughed at and asked if I was serious. I said yes it was given to me by the manager and him and his con workers were talking as if I wasn’t there. Rude!!

My food was fine, but more than 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 5 cars ahead of me was a bit too long. Friendly service.

I ordered the nacho fry burrito and that shoot was Bussin Bussin, it didn’t feel as good coming out though cause I drenched mild sauce in it but top tier
