Steak 'n Shake - Mentor

They were released by the waitresses and let them order their meal on a computer. the meal was lacking, the love that once went into the production of the food, and the atmosphere of the eating zone was sterilized by everyone. After I'm regular for many years, I don't want to come back; the pandemic has killed one of my favorite restaurants, even mcdonald’s still has people to manipulate the sauces with better eating. they save money and go to the golden arches on the road.

After a long day of Christmas shopping. deonte (the trip three) gave me the best customer service I got all day. I don't eat steak and shake a lot, but I think it's going to be one of my burgers. this young man was well spoken and had a great attitude and gives me faith in this younger generation. many thanks to deonte and many thanks that they steak and shaker for the creation of this young man!

Terrible service. 45 min for 3 of our 6 dinners. and 10 minutes for the other 3 that were not even complete. people who came after us got their orders before we got some of us. we had to ask several times to get 2 French pommes and apple sauces for the children, finally she got 50 min after our order. my burger had a good idea, even though I didn't order a cheese. it took 1 hour (after I went through a fit and went) to correct it. I couldn't even get my money back and go because we have to order on a kiosk and it has printed an empty entry and there was literally no one. they left the commands on the counter and ran back. I contacted, but after 11 days nothing is heard.

Was horrible. the place smell bad, the floor was slippery like the hell, probably because it never changed the fat water from the kitchen. the hamburger was paper thin. the kerl came out to get the shells from the garbage container area and never cleaned the opposite that looked like a land fill. steak n shake should be ashamed of what they did on this site. it uses excellent with waiter who took care of her and burger, who they could see at least between the bungalow. never go there again, steak n shake should remove their names from the building from embarrassment.

Haven't been to this location in about 5 years. Last time I was there, it was a clean place, with helpful staff. Not so much anymore. Not only was my order incorrect, the place, especially the bathroom, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months! Grease everywhere, no paper towels to dry your hands, and literally dried urine on the floors of the bathroom. Not to mention, the staff had their family and friends there, and my 7 year old daughter and I had to listen to them banter back and forth while we waited for and endured a sub par meal. I don't expect a 5 star experience at Steak and Shake, but I would expect at least some professionalism, and a clean place. Maybe if the manager wasn't out toking with her employees on their break, and before work, you would have the aforementioned amenities. To whomever is the franchise owner, you should probably just cut bait now, because this staff is worthless, and you're going to lose your business in the long run anways because of them.
