Dunkin' Baskin-robbins - Mentor

I requested light ice, clearly stated on the label, but unfortunately, the ice almost reached the lid of the cup. This happens every time.

I always stop by for coffee before heading to work. Their coffee is excellent.

It's Dunkin' and there's not much more to say than that. OK donuts and very cheap at a little over $1 per donut so I'm happy to pay it.

This restaurant has significantly declined in quality. The new manager is very rude and seems inexperienced. It's a complete mess there, they really need to reevaluate their staff. I understand it's difficult to make changes during these times, but they should consider bringing in Corporate for better training as the current manager is not doing a good job.

I stop at this DD every day and order the same thing every day. The staff in the evening are very polite and even though short staffed always try their hardest. It's quite obvious that some people have no patience with waiting for their order. Here's atip, go inside and ask to help them out. Maybe you will learn what these young kids are going through and yet try to be polite.
