Bidrage med feedbackWhat an experience! Thanks to the whole Mirazur team for this gastronomy evening. Installed on the ground on one of the most beautiful duo tables, with stunning views of the chin bay, the show finally begins. Warm welcome by the valet, installation, first contacts, service, everything is warmly done, without being too guided, but with the expected level of service. It was the leaf menu tonight, a true pic of vegetables that starts from the presentation of the site's driving thread, products and the inspiration of the chef. A special mention for the historic agreement of nature wines, which is exceptional, a journey outside the beaten paths, a real experience for real wine lovers. Everything is very good and perfectly executed, nothing but the experience around bread is an incredible moment of gastronomy. If we had to find some improvement points: the removal of some foreign servers, difficult to understand in French sometimes, which is a pity because there is complexity in products or wines, not always easy to understand. A few mini seams of service, we had to ask for the presentation of the pigeon, which had not been made to us. At this level of price, we must obviously ask excellence at all levels.
An incredible evening. Authenticity in the plate and a friendly atmosphere (Lorenzo was perfect, funny and natural with the right distance). The kitchen is right. We are surprised by the inventiveness, the beauty of the dishes many flowers everywhere and the crazy flavors but we do not lose! There's the chew, we keep the memory of the food I think about lobsters with pleasure and my taste buds wake up to remember the artichoke pie or fennel ice. The frame is amazing and the kitchen is at the service of the customer. I haven't eaten well in a long time.
Good luck that was able to have lunch a weekend in this fabulous restaurant by booking just two days before! Like what, you must always monitor the availability on the site: you never know. This day it was the "Leaves" menu of December that was served with a wonderful chain of dishes especially sought after starting with the very original mouths, up to the particularly sought-after mignardises. A bit disappointing for Salanova... “just” a salad (I exaggerate of course but outside the sauce, there’s just a salad and I’m not sure it reflects the chef’s culinary talent. The view of Menton Bay is simply exceptional in the "Superior Room" and you can enjoy even better the meal in the light of the day. The service is very professional, but a little too “mechanical”: the traditional “you loved it?” after each dish does not expect a response... Interesting point: instead of the wine agreement, it is possible to have an agreement with alcohol-free drinks, very about it. Small detail: the menu that is given at the end of the meal as a souvenir does not accurately reflect the dishes served (it was obviously printed in advance, without taking into account the adjustments made in the kitchen. Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed this culinary journey with a warm service and a little care. And what about the frame, a room overlooking the Mediterranean Sea with an incredible view of Menton. No doubt our best culinary experience! Thanks for this unforgettable experience and a great bravo to the entire team of Mirazur.
The three months of waiting were worth a visit. Very high-end service, succulent dishes, magical place. 3 stars Michelin well deserved! Only regret, the chef does not come to greet the guests at the end of service while he was in the kitchen, it is done in the other 3 stars.
