Bidrage med feedback3rd shift is rude. Guess this is the one burger King that the customer doesn't get it their way. Bad thing is I stopped there a couple days ago just a couple hours earlier and and the service was good. So the drive thru attendant was so rude I chose to take my business elsewhere.
Extremely rude I never do this but this was just awful. 3 sandwiches none of them were prepared right. And all I asked was for mine and my kids sandwiches plain. The lady on the speaker was extremely rude. This is exactly why you’re better off driving your self to the store than stopping. Seems like not a single restaurant on this street cares how their employees act. 25 bucks wasted save your money
The manager, Mike, is awesome! I had such a bad experience yesterday that I called to complain. Hate when I gotta be that Karen, but after having pull forward to wait for cold food that wasn't made right, I absolutely did. I've worked in restaurants and kitchens for 20 years, I know it can be rough so I hate to complain. I talked to Mike on the phone, explained my problem, and he gladly listened the whole time I was whining. Told me come back the next day and he would fix it and I would love it; he could not have been more right! Not only did he make it right by making me two full size burritos, he over and beyond by giving me a drink and large hash brown, and even told me he sent the people home that messed up my order so bad. This guy is the example of what a fast food manager should be. Thanks again Mike!
Receive a total differ order !!!! Cashier not able to give me the right change! Put ice in my tea when requested no ice!
Very rarely get your order correct. Inside was supposed to be open for a few hours and all the doors were locked. Employees standing in front of the building smoking. Took my business across the street to McDonald's.
