Burger King - Menominee

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will never eat at this particular place again!!! Will be calling corporate as well.

After waiting 30 minutes for my order I asked for a refundGirl was rude and said they were short staffed but that didn’t stop drive through orders from being filled.After waiting 15 minutes I questioned where my order was when orders after me were filled, girl just looked at me didn’t say a word looked at the screw and went back to filling drive through orders.Simple fix teach employees FIFO First in First out……….

Lied and said they were closed just because they are too lazy and dumb to fill the order. Canceled my order at 7pm, even though it says they are open until 10pm.

Woman manger has severe temperament problems and causes issues even with children in the vehicle. Disregards fixing any problem made and hangs up on customers when they simply want a remake/refund for their tampered with food.Should absolutely not be management of any company. But I guess businesses are desperate for anything they can hire. Do not recommend.

Rude lady!!! Spend how much on food for it to be fresh out of the microwave.... Thanks. Place is dirty. Won't be back.
