Sharetea - Menifee

We finally have a boba place near us. The staff is nice. I love that they have a lot of options for drinks and for levels of sweetness, ice, etc.

I love the mango passion green tea. I asked for half sugar but still too sweet for my taste, so next time I will do less but overall service was excellent and very clean premises and plenty of parking space in the shopping center. Prices a bit high tho

I love this place and glad they opened in Menifee. They provide great customer service. I love that you can customize the sweetness level and the amount of ice you want with no extra charge (unlike other places). They don't short change you with less tea if you ask for no ice either. They explain to you how it works if you're new to this place. You can add extra toppings (like ice cream or pudding). Boba is like tapioca. It adds flavor and makes the drink more fun. Lol.

The tea here is good. It’s sharetea, so they’re held to a standard by the franchise. This review is due to this site’s lack of efficiency. Their wait times are ALWAYS insane. I’ve come to this location on off times and it still takes forever for me to get my order. They have an online ordering system that I’ve tried the past 3 times and even when I arrive at the estimated time (20-25 minutes), I still have to wait 20+ minutes in the shop. This is insane. To put that into perspective, I can order a complicated Starbucks order and have my drink ready in 5 minutes. Why does it take them 9x the time to make a drink off their own menu?

This place is great, they have a variety of drinks you can get and they’ve all been pretty good so far.
