El Pollo Loco - Menifee

An 8-part family meal ordered. The chicken was over boiled or old. Like I was gum. Maybe after lunch overtake? Pays extra for two Zilantro lime sauce, but it was only 1/4 full. Cheap owners want to save every penny, but in the long term will lose money with poor food quality. I had it in Orange County and it's always good there. Will not come back to this place. Staff were as expected and friendly.

I put my order online, which was a very smooth process. When I arrived, her dining room was closed, which scared me, so I called her and they brought my order right to me! Super simple, quick and friendly service!

Service and food were great. EPIC FAIL in setting the Jalapeño packages of the hot sauce. The only option was the green sauce today, so I used up again sauce! I loved these packages dang!!

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful, but on this special day by driving through me Richard to wait for me and he was so friendly and so uplifting he literally made my day better. I wanted to give him and the staff there kudos!!!! Wonderful customer service!

After waiting over 40 minutes in the drive thru, and paying something like $8.99, I get basically two greasy fried corn tortillas. So sad especially when I just left stater brothers where I picked up my Easter prime rib for $6.99 a pound. Hummm $6.99 for a pound of prime beef or $8.99 for two fried corn tortillas. Get a grip El Pollo or at the very least speed up your drive thru and serve good quality food like advertised in your ads. Otherwise jack in the box has 2 tacos filled 4x as much for $1.29 also DISCUSTING but at least has some filling in it. My goodness WAKE up or shut down. Stop wasting peoples time and money!!!!! It's not rocket science
