The Quarter Jack Wells - Mendip

Last week visited and was very impressed. there was a young lady who served the tables and he was a joy. so friendly and helpful and a good one for this pub. the pub itself was clean and tidy and the food was served quickly and was delicious. we will be back in the summer, as it notices many seats in the open

A very good pub in Wetherspoon style, good outdoor area and very friendly service, I had only one coffee in the daytime, but I know that their beer are always good. also near the city center. they pay the parking space, don't forget! will be really busy, so ready for the waiting queue. they try to this time with more employees, but sometimes 1or2 ring in sick and the others need to pick up the black. real beautiful decoration too.

The standard option for meals and drinks. we have subsidized local pub and hotel trade during a short break in wells, but always back to the quarter jack for quality and worth. The wood type Deco renovation complements the building, a former furniture showroom and the adjoining shelf cinema. beautiful garden with well maintained plants and a rear terrace with all weather cabins made of huge concrete pipe sections!

The food was acceptable, but there were some items that were not available, which made deciding what to order difficult.

The restaurant has a very welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and customers. The service is well-organized and they have a great selection of beers. However, the steak was unfortunately a bit tough.
