Wendy's - Memphis

They are very slow. I sat in line for over 30 mins waiting for food and there was nobody in line but me. No restaurant should take long to prepare orders

This location has the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced, you tell them what not to put on your burger and they always do the opposite, you ask for condiments they tell you it’s in the bag , but when you get home or back to work you don’t have it. Poor service , they don’t deserve no 15:00 and hour sad location.

Line is too slow. The owner needs to get new management and staff. A person will wait in line for 45 min to an hour, 1.5. This is a drive through! Should never take that long. When I got to the window the manager was training someone and there were three other people that could have been taking orders. That’s poor logistics. The person taking the orders doesn’t do so in a timely fashion. The orders are wrong, they are missing ingredients. I ordered an Italian mozzarella classic chicken sandwich and they gave me regular bread and regular cheese. They never said they were out of ingredients. This place is very s slow and rude.

I was picking up a GrubHub delivery and I never got it the young man was very rude I had to cancel the order I didn't get paid for my deliveryFood: 1/5

Good food, friendly staff, only thing was that drive-thru took longer then normal
