Ugly Mug Coffee Cafe - Memphis

I really, really love this coffee shop. I guickly quit Starbies after my first visit because it's THAT GOOD. I'm also supporting a local business which is always a plus! I do agree that lately, there have been way longer wait times, and the staff is always super apologetic. More frequently, they've also closed abruptly due to technical issues, staff, or whatever reason. I used to look forward to collecting my reward points by ordering thru the app, but I don't trust it anymore... I hope this is just a temporary growing pain or something, because I really love this place and just wanna see them thrive. Strong 4 stars for my years of loyalty for this place.

Pretty good little coffee shop. Decided to try the snickerdoodle coffee. I liked it and appreciate that I can get soy milk as an alternative. I also had the hummus with carrots (not pictured. I only wish there were slightly better snack options. Other than that, I see myself returning here.

We were visiting from out of town. Absolutely love this coffee shop! Delicious espresso. A wonderful, warm and friendly demeanor from the staff. And some hella good tunes playing! It's a winner. And I can see why it's gotten so many local awards.

We wanted a good coffee were it was made right. This was the place. Me and my wife got the Caramel Macchito. We both on wanted one pump of vanilla a extra shot and whip on top. We got that. Thank you for a wonderful first experience.

A tiny, cool cafe in Memphis area. I was the last person ordered a large mocha through driveway, before they closed for the day. Being a very late hour, there were nothing left to eat, sadly! The coffee was good. I am going back soon.
