Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Memphis

Pleased. Pomegranate Plung. Fast service and a good sized, affordable and delicious smoothie. The food items looked good too. Comfortable, bright, clean, happy atmosphere. I'll return.

Worst Tropical Smoothie! They did not make my order right and left off the ingredients that I paid extra for. When I called the store, the person that answered was very rude and refused to let me speak to a manager after I asked at least 5 times. I definitely won’t be back there! Some ppl just run businesses to the ground!

Not my favorite Tropical Smoothie. Ambiance is too loud, too chaotic. Lobby is too small. You can't hear the person taking your order, and you're walking into other customers. Bathroom was dirty.

Horrible experience drive through took over 44 mins and my friend in the car behind me sat at the ordering screen for 15 mins and never was her order taken..I sat 15 plus minute at the drive through window waiting on my order..I won't return to this location.

Food was really good. I had a Thai Chicken Wrap. The smoothie was okay. I think Smoothie King tastes a little better. It was very clean inside and service was quick. It was a little pricey though. It was about 16 dollars for what I got plus they charge for a cup of water.
