Supreme Hot Wings - Memphis

If I could leave zero stars I would. We placed an order for takeout for a 20 piece wing that costs $34. The staff failed to mention that they were low on inventory of mixed wings, only having all drums due to previous orders requesting all flats. Whenwe called to let them know about the matter when attempting to ask why we were not contacted about it or offered the option toproceed with our order while speaking the FEMALE that answered the phone cut me off while I was speaking with a nice nastycondescending tone as if the inquiry wasn?t valid or warranted. Such horrible customer service and a nasty attitude for this tobe the individual to be speaking on behalf of the company for that shift. Black people do better and re invest in your staff byproviding them with customer service training, workshops, seminars, etc.

Food is good but not convenient. Parking is tight due to small complex, they don't do delivery or call in orders. They make you place order online to pick up, but I'm not understanding why if you are requiring customers to order online why they don't allowuse for door dash or delivery with uber eats.

Although I've passed this place many times I finally decided to try it. The wings here are great! Both flavors we got were fantastic. Wings are almost never bad but this ranks at the top of the best in flavor I've had in awhile! The lady at thecounter was nice as well????
