I did a mobile order for this location I parked on the street because there was nowhere else to park which was dangerousI had submitted my order 40 minutes before I got there. All I had was two teas. Lattes. Everyone looked lost andThey were not ready. No urgency to complete my order. No apologiesNo regard for time. I have worked at one of the most busy location. There is no reason for two drinks to not get made in 40 minutes. Certainly no reason not to offer an apology and be dismissive towards the wringed guest. I wish I could give you a zero. For not treating every guest like they matter. Because you sure perked up for the regular customer. who came behind. I remained calm and got a refund. Send the entire shift back to Starbucks university with extra credit assignments on Efficientcylocations in this area
I have been in very many Starbuckses, and this one is the slowest. I ordered a sandwich through the app and waited 12 minutes PAST when it was supposed to be done. The barista had taken it out of the oven, set it on top of the oven, and just forgotten about it entirely. It wasn't even that busy. They also insist on only ever having one bathroom functioning, which is always occupied. Just find a different Starbucks for your own sake
Waited in the drive Through line 20 min for a mobile order. Would not recommend coming here
I would not recommend this location to anyone. The staff is not friendly. I got two caramel frappuccinos just to wait 15-20 minutes for drinks that taste nothing like what I asked for. I was very unsatisfied and will never spend another penny at this location.
