Panera Bread - Memphis

I am a frequent visitor. I am always disappointed by their rest rooms cleanliness. They are such a popular place in the east Memphis setting and such apathy towards bathrooms. I wish management would pay attention and clean it and maintain it. Food is very standard and the service is great. Quiet friendly placeFood: 4/5

French onion soup is not beef broth with onions in it and diced bread with cold shredded cheese in the middle. There’s more to it. It was most definitely microwaved. Scorching hot on the outside and cold in the middle. My daughters soup was cold too. Poor quality. You get my money I get my opinion!

Apart from being expensive and the tiny portions I said let 's give it a try! 45 min later I 'm still waiting for a steak sandwich that I had to ask if they vould make it again because the steak was so pink I was affraid it was still alive! So I go to this girl and ask If I can have it redone because I don 't eat pink meat and she tries to argue with me that it can 't be donde, the other girl says she can do it like I want it, I say ok, go eat my tastless green goddess salad, literally no taste(I had to het a salt packet), I would have done better by eating lettuce from a spring mix bag... anyways 45 min I 'm still waiting for it and I go ask twice, the same girls askes the other girl if my sandwich is ready, she says.. what ist that she had? ... right on my face... after telling me 2 times they 're working in it... it 's sunday afternoon, not a whole lot of people here... inexcusable. Iat that point I wanted to get a refund but she says it 's on the oven, I wait and they bring me this unappetizing looking burnt sorry of a sandwich... guess who 's not going to panera again? At least this location... me! The hubs had a bowl of tomato soup, more like a half a cup...my gosh, inflation is horrible.

Very unorganized, staff just standing around. Waited 15 min for my breakfast sandwich, another 10 for my coffee to be made (after asking about it). Overheard them talking about how they were out of everything bagel for a doordash order and were just going to give them sesame because “it has seeds”. I’d be so annoyed if I got the wrong bagel without being consulted.

Great food. Quick pickups for online orders. The chicken Noodle soup is the best I've ever had at any other restaurant. If you want to eat out bit have a sensitive stomach.... Panera for the win.
