The food was fresh and delicious. Really friendly staff with great customer service. Can't wait to go back.

I recently arrived in Memphis from Las Vegas and my son recommended the best Cuban restaurant in the area. It's located in a small spot behind a gas station, but it is very clean. The owners are extremely friendly. My husband is from Cuba, so he was excited to try the food. We ordered Cuban sandwiches and a roasted pork bowl with black beans, white rice, and plantains. The ingredients in the sandwiches were amazing, with great flavor and a generous portion of meat. My only suggestion would be for the bread to be a bit crispier and to slice the sandwich diagonally, as I am accustomed to. The roasted pork bowl was delicious with plenty of meat. My husband had to take the leftovers home to enjoy later. We also ordered guava pastries to try later tonight. A nice touch was a complimentary shot of Cuban coffee to end the meal, which was very classy. I look forward to returning to try more of their menu items.

The coladas are excellent. A very good approach to our Cuba.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic! If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend making the trip - it's worth it. I tried the roasted pork bowl, which was served with sweet fried plantains, beans, and rice. It was incredibly delicious. I definitely plan on returning and bringing along friends and family.
