Jack Pirtle's Chicken - Memphis

The food was dry, and nasty. It was too early in the day for the bone to be black. The clerk also appeared to be irritated and basically ignored us. She was taking other orders while serving us at the same time. I threw the food away.. Buyer beware.

They were very busy but the line moved very quickly and the family pack worth the money and you get gizzards and livers nobody does that.. Great place..best sweet tea

Line too slow. These folks know too come in frying chicken!! No excuse

I order the chicken liver. It was terrible. They were old and hard. They should be made to order. It was a lesson learned. Cook my own

I've been eating JPs since I was a kid but haven't been in a few years. It's as good as always. I LOVE their fried chicken, gravy biscuits. The sweet tea is good too. Drive thru line was long- like 8 or 9 vehicles or more. Its worth the wait! I never go anywhere else for fried chicken.
