Corky's Bar-B-Q - Memphis

Good food and good advice. Great place to go. Loved the people and the food. I had the pulled pig dinner and it was very excellent. The service was heavy as it was only two severs for 40-45 persons. The only underside was one of the costumes in the party not getting his food. Unfortunately, it was a wrong communication the servers better. Overall, I would give this place a 9 for service and food. I highly recommend it.

Excellent BBQ!! Why drive to Memphis for her famous BBQ. I'm here in business and wanted something Memphis BBQ, but I didn't want to go to town. sat here and was pleasantly surprised. If downtown BBQ is better, I didn't find it.

Keep it up!. Good BBQ is hard to come by in Collierville. Fortunately, Corky's does it well. They can handle the lunch crowds too.

It's yummy! If you can't actually get to the restaurant, you can get it at some Kroger stores.
