Bidrage med feedbackYou know that Chipotle delivers consistent quality ingredients and speedy service. The Poplar location was noticeably unkept and perhaps the manager is on siesta. I would not want to bring anyone else to the location as care a quality were not the dish of the day.
Worst ever 35 minutes to order. Didn't have anything in stock and no one cared at all!!!
Poor service and wait time. We went to this location as a walk-in only to be told they are only accepting online orders. We placed an online while there. They have plenty of workers but for whatever apparent to reason they cannot keep up with the demand. Chipotle should be assumed for this quality of service.
This location specifically is a joke. They were out of chicken, no medium salsa, no guacamole, no corn salsa, no kids tortillas. Oh and you can’t order quesadillas in person. Only on the app?!?! What a joke. The employees also could careless. I’ve never seen a more apathetic group of humans.
The entire store was filthy. The food preparation table was filthy. When they wrapped my sons burrito it had sour cream all over the outer wrapper from the dirty table. There was trash all over the kitchen floor and the crew was walking around in a puddle of water. I counted at least 8 workers. The dinning room was a mess as well, so we ended up eating outside in the heat. This is by far the worst Chipotle I have visited, and I am a loyal customer.
