Chipotle Mexican Grill - Memphis

The food was AMAZING. The lines moves quickly and wasn?t too expensive

I recently moved here from Cali?.. VERY accustomed to Chipotle. This location is the worse. They are rude, unclean and very unprofessional. I frequent this location because it?s close to my home. The bathrooms are atrocious, the lobby is never clean, the staff are filled wit attitude as if its an inconvenience to ask for an order. The food preparation is sloppy and onsite mgt is a direct reflection of the problematic staff! This location need a revamp ASAP

First off I?m 7 months pregnant and there was a bug in my food. The manager acted as if I was lying even when I showed her. She had a bad attitude and did not want to remake my bowl or give me a refund.

Food is great but I couldn?t give more than one star because of how incredibly rude the employees are! I thanked them for our food and smiled and the young girl looked at me as if I had insulted her. She never spoke to me. If I were there manager, that wouldn?t happen but once. Ridiculous behavior!

I like Chipotle. Last time I went the floors were trashed out. The people had dirty clothes on. . . . Gross. I felt like the staff had a guacamole and sour cream fight in the kitchen then they ran out to serve the customers shortly afterwards. What 's up with that? Anyhow... The food was good and the staff was nice. So guac on!
