Top location of the hotel in the centre of the square. Short stay in Ottobeuren. Nice evening at the marketplace with good food and concert. Super beautiful baroque church you must have seen. You're welcome.

We have been there regularly for four years.Leider was the last time this year.The staff is very arrogant and stressed. Our wishes were only reluctant and with an arrogant view. So you don't feel comfortable as a guest and anything but welcome.The map has changed for four years. Too bad. Very well. The food was also served very sweetly. What was also tasteful to notice.

Goods at the restaurant dinner. I had self-made dumplings with an excellent peach sauce. My husband had a very tasty burger. The self-fried marrow (beer) is also very tasty, all top. Operation was friendly.Every time again.

We arrived here in the evening after a stowed ride. The delay was announced very early by us and lt. No problem. Payment and pre-checkin were made in advance. The actual checkin should be taken over by the restaurant, lt. Mail. The servant who took this was extremely unfriendly, snippy and declining in his way. No welcome to the question of whether we can check in with him came only if we would have reserved ourselves. To the question where there is still something to eat on the way to the reception, came just snippy Do you want to check in now or eat? There's no more food here anyway. And so it continued. Every question was literally ironed and the answer was made in a declining sound, as if we were stupid.I was already checked in hundreds of hotels. Something like that hasn't happened to me in my whole life. Apparently, this hotel does not place great value on kindness and wants guests to stay away. Next year, I'm sure I'm looking for another accommodation that appreciates guests more value. Very pity.Soon clean and nice ambience, beautiful location etc, but all this completely overshadowed by the incomfort. With this service it has not earned 3 stars. I could not enjoy my stay here and not relax.
