Sushi Garden - Melville

A fantastic gem in a small town! I was amazed to find sushi of this quality in Melville. The family that runs the restaurant is originally from BC, and their passion is evident in everything they do. Almost everything is made from scratch, including the soy sauce! The Melville Roll is fantastic, although I'm still a bit puzzled as to why they cut it lengthwise instead of into individual pieces. The Saskatchewan Roll is essentially a dynamite roll, but it’s typically wrapped in avocado here; it’s delicious! If you’re looking for a truly delightful treat, be sure to order their tempura ice cream with homemade caramel sauce – it’s a must-try!

This is the best sushi I've ever had! Both my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and we even tried the dessert. The deep-fried ice cream is fantastic! The customer service is excellent, the place is very clean, and the prices are reasonable. We will definitely be returning!
