Based on finding out that drama affects my Jersey Mikes experience, I will not be continuing to go to this establishment at this location. To my knowledge of finding out why I was treated poorly was due to a few staff members that used to work with prior staff that are no longer our friends . It’s sad to see that service doesn’t go above and beyond no matter the circumstances especially to someone you do not know personally . This was a distasteful experience and one I was not looking forward to. I can surely say that this is not Mikes Way .

The owner of this store has gone above and beyond to support the Lone Star High School band during an ever changing competition season. Cannot say enough good things about their customer service ??

When it comes to feeding a marching band and crew of 250+ it's no easy task. Jordan and crew handled our order absolutely perfectly and delivered even a few minutes early to Melissa Stadium. Trust me when I say that finding food vendors who can pull this off accurately, efficiently, punctually and cost effectively is rare. I highly recommend this Jersey Mikes especially if you need a trusted vendor for events at Melissa Stadium. Didn't bat an eye at any of my requests for our allergy kids and executed perfectly. Thank you for making the day easy!

They shorted us a sandwich on an order, didn’t catch it until we were 30 minutes away at the event. Double checking orders should be standard work before allowing an order to be ready for pick up.
