Bidrage med feedbackGot 2 double cheeseburgers and a medium fry- buns were a little stale but otherwise a good experience. No wait, and my order was accurate.
Service remains slow but I think it's due to being understaffed more than anything else. The Food was consistent w/my expectations, however, I ordered Lemonade something must've been off w/their machine because it was about 90% water. I called to advise, not complain had to leave a VM so I hope not too many other people ordered it?.
Disappointed with the customer service.There was a very long line and I waited awhile to get my order as I?m very understanding and patient. The moment I drove off from the drive thru I noticed one of the orders were wrong.I got right back in the drive thru line and explained when I finally got up to the speaker to speak with Mel, that one of the orders was wrong and that the line is long and I don?t think it?s necessary to wait another 10 minutes especially when my food will get cold and it was not my fault that they messed the order up. I asked her if someone could come out and bring the correct order out since the inside is closed and I had JUST got out of line. She told me that the manger said no and that I would have to wait all over again in the line. Bad customer service!!
So I only ordered two large fries so I can't comment on anything else really but I was very disappointed at how few fries where in the containers which already seen a bit small to be called large. See attached pics.
I love that Burger King offers the impossible meat, it is what I get every time I come. The drive thru line always takes some time to get through. The employees working at the window always have positive attitudes!
