North Carlton Burger Company

My partner and I visited for Friday lunch (Scoopon voucher - excellent value) and loved the vibe of this trendy venue. Our double burgers were huge, juicy and tasty. The sweet and crispy potato chips were moreish. The frig was stocked full of drinks but we found the (free) fruit infused water was just the thing - subtle and fresh. Would definitely recommend this venue to other diners. We will certainly be back!

Just ordinary.. Very ordinary and costly. The flavour wasn't there. Maybe too many conflicting tastes. Just keep it simple..

I should've put one circle if it wasn't for the One person who was running the show. Nice guy , he tried hard but the place was really understaffed for a busy Friday evening. The result- A maccas like Cheeseburger & the worst sweet potato chips I've ever eaten...

Dropped into Local Burger Co. to use a Scoopon deal. We opted for takeaway and went for two different burgers (beef, bacon & cheese and smokey bbq), chips and milkshakes. The food was tasty, generously portioned and promptly served. We'd definitely return or order online.

This place used to be Melbourne's best. Then they decided to branch out opening other stores. That's where it went down hill. They obviously couldn't handle the extra pressure, as both quality and service went out the door. Last time I was there, my order wasn't correct and the meat was almost boiled and not fried. I complained and was told manager wasn't there take my number and he'd call. There was no call, and that was the last time for me. I should have had burgers replaced and or side of fries free, especially when your paying $15 a burger. The beginning of the end!
