The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious! I tried the fried chicken and beef quesadilla, and also enjoyed the sweet chili KFC and kimchi pancake from a previous visit. The portion sizes are generous, the wait time is short, and the flavors are amazing. The fusion of Mexican and Korean cuisine may seem unusual, but it is a combination that truly impresses. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I absolutely adore the food at Chimac. Some of my favorite dishes include the kimchi carnitas basket, which is a delightful fusion of Korean and Mexican flavors with loaded fries topped with spicy pork. The quesadillas with beef bulgogi and the scrumptious burritos are also among my top choices. My only complaint is that they never answer the phone for takeout orders. I mean, never! This inconvenience pushes me to order through Uber Eats or call the Richmond location to get them to pick up the phone. Despite this, I still love dining at Chimac!

This place is cozy and fabulous. All the food was delicious especially the Mexican fusion tacos. My favourite! Would go back. Just wish all the food could have fit on the table.
