We adore the chic, understated decor, our favourite Perrier Jouet champagne, the food is simply sublime and the staff are an absolute delight: attentive and cheeky. Can't wait to see you once more! My husband and I ate here last night and I can easily say that it's the best French food I've eaten in Australia. The champagne was outstanding the staff were so friendly accomodating...open in Sydney or we may just have to move to Melbourne! Thank you team Gitan!

We had a beautiful lunch Bistro Gitan last Saturday. One of my fav restaurants in Melb. Food and service was perfect.
