The amount of times we've shown up for a pickup order and they don't have our food is ridiculous. Multiple times we've ordered food to then arrive at the specified time and they're out of it. No phone call ahead to let us know so we can order anything else, or not bother even bother and cancel our order. This has happened over and over again. They say the don't have the number because it's a call center even though we can this location. Another issue is the website will list a sale that's going on, but this location won't honor that.

I placed an order with Smokey Bones on December 17, 2023, hoping to indulge in their famed wings and fries. I ordered 12 wings, with a mix of 6 lemon pepper and 6 sweet glaze, along with a side of fries. Unfortunately, my dining experience took an unexpected turn. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that instead of the anticipated lemon pepper wings, I was given garlic parmesan. This mix-up was disappointing, as I was particularly looking forward to the distinct flavor of the lemon pepper. Adding to the letdown, my order was missing the fries, a crucial component of the meal. Frustration heightened when I realized that some of the chicken pieces were not thoroughly cooked. This oversight in the kitchen's quality control left a considerable dent in the overall dining experience. To address these issues, I called the restaurant immediately. The staff was apologetic and offered to rectify the situation by providing the missing fries. However, the inconvenience of returning to the restaurant posed a dilemma, as the additional trip would likely leave the initially incorrect order of chicken cold upon my return. As someone who has frequented Smokey Bones on multiple occasions, I must convey my dissatisfaction with this specific encounter. This order issue experience has left me less satisfied than in the past, especially considering how inconvenient it was to fix. Unfortunately, this experience has made me much less excited about going back to Smokey Bones. Although I have always like the restaurant's atmosphere and cuisine, this encounter has made me think twice. In the absence of significant enhancements in order accuracy and customer service, I am finding it difficult to imagine going back for further meals.

Smokey bones has changed, not for the better. Used to be one of my favorites, but the food and service are not good anymore. Make me sad Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
