Villa Scati - Melazzo

We stopped there for a night, and we had dinner at the restaurant. The food was really good, truly local piemontese with a creative twist. The restaurant is in a wonderful ex-wine cellar in the basement of the building, great atmosphere! price are very good too.

Wow! What a wonderful place! Beautiful garden and fantastic food! You just have to taste the Tajarin pasta it was the best I have had in my life. Really good service and great staff! Thank you!

It was one of the best dinners I had during my stay in Piemonte. The setting is unbeatable, sitting outside the historic Villa Scati, in the quiet and peace of the surrounding park. The restaurant is elegant without being pretentious, the service friendly and prefessional, with the host Dino advising on the best wines to accompany the dishes. The food is typical from the area and simply gorgeous. Good generous portions too. And the prices are incredibly good! Definately a must if you are in the area.
