View and garden are nice to sit. Service takes ages and they all the time forget orders. A lot of people walk away. They just need to hire more people

Its tucked away under ages old chestnut trees and well visited by the locals for good reasons, one of that beeing the fabulous Alt beer from their own craftsmens!

The waiters and the waitresses are so rude!! The place is awesome but We waited 30 minutes to order a beer. Nobody is taking care of the customers!!!! Dont dont dont go !!!!

We had set ourselves to a free table in the outside area. kellner only came to ask for repeated questions. we ordered a bowl and a weinschorle. after 5 minutes the waiter came again with the question "what did they order again?" at bringing the drinks he asked who had what again. If you can't remember 2 guests with a drink, this was probably the wrong choice. during our stay, tables have been billed and cleaned. guests who wanted to pay were ignored. when we wanted to pay, no waiters were visible. we discovered 2 waiters who sat on a table and crawled. I've never seen anything like that. Finally, the drinks were still 1 euro more expensive than on the map. Conclusion: above the great location on the Rhine a pure service desert.

The restaurant " old rheinfähre " at imiserwerth is very spacious.On the two sides of the road leading to the ferry there are seating places for this restaurant on the Rhine.On 23.07.2017 there was more shady than sunny weather.The beautiful of old trees shaded beer garden was as good as empty.This was not so cheap weather for the beer garden. the food is good, and not so expensive.Only the cappuccino is too expensive at €4.30.I think the tea prices are too expensive. from the location is the restaurant " old rheinfähre " very well placed.The children's playground at the beer garden certainly also makes the little much joy.Whoever likes it is here in the restaurant " old rheinfähre " at the right place.
