Papa Johns Pizza - Medina

The guy running the shift in the afternoon of April 6 was kind and friendly. Pizza was great.

Order placed through UberEats... Pizza undercooked and barely any cheese! Also, only got 4 wings when I ordered 6. Reported to UberEats and called the store... Person on the phone claims to be a manager but doesn't know who their franchise is or how to handle customer complaints. He blamed the UberEats driver saying he must have ate 2 of the wings and hung up on me. Food and service are awful!!!

Rating for service because of almost never getting anyone when you call.

Ordered a medium pizza. Pepperoni, mushrooms banana peppers. No mushrooms but black olives. everything tasted OLD reheated. Worse pizza I, 've ever had. It was very busy due to Halloween but no excuse for $22 worth if bad pizza. And stomach intestinal

The place closes at 11 and I try calling at 10:15 to place an order, yet no one wants to answer the phones. Well, Marco's and now Papa John's will not be receiving my business again!!! What a joke.
