Tim Hortons - Medicine Hat

This location is good when not busy but tends to run out of popular options. The staff is friendly but at times appears disorganized.

Its fast food, not very good quality not a cafe anyways, and shold not be labeled as such.

Low customer service. the order is never correct. when talking to the layer manager, you should go to another place instead of correcting the problem. who owns this location must have a personal meeting and may have a retraining day as their personal leads their business to the floor.

Great food and great coffee and great pastries and doughnuts

Since covid customer service is failing. Seems like all the good workers were laidoff and the kept the lowest paid ones. Coffees not full not stirred and not what ordered on a regular basis. Also half the staff have face masks not coving either their mouth or nose or both. And they argue when you tell them they made a mistake. You get to stay open so many you should show your best.
