Taco Bell - Medford

Samantha, the Assistant Manager on duty, was a wonderful presence. She was friendly and polite. Although the restaurant had run out of Nacho Fries, Samantha offered a substitute with such grace that I didn’t feel let down at all. I sincerely hope she is being considered for a promotion beyond her current role as Assistant Manager. My overall experience at this restaurant has increased from 2 stars to a strong 5, all thanks to her. Great job, Samantha!

The food at Taco Bell is what you would expect—nothing outstanding, but it's acceptable. Unfortunately, the location itself is concerning. There are frequently intoxicated or homeless individuals involved in questionable and illegal activities in the parking lot. I've seen drug use and other behaviors that I wouldn't want my kids exposed to while we're simply trying to grab a meal. While I don't hold Taco Bell completely responsible for this situation, the staff has not made any effort to ask these individuals to leave or discourage their presence near the entrance and parking area.
