Subway (west Main) - Medford

Courteous, fast service. Loved the new Hero 1 carb bread.

Mobile order was messed up. Charged me for a six and a twelve inch and gave me two six inch sandwichs. Then one if the sandwichs was cramed full of paper instead of cheese so not even edible. Then when I called in the employee working said there was no manager available and refused to do anything. Time to fire a few people.

I stopped in at the end of a hard week and these guys made my day

Great service, kind consciences employees, quality cheap sandos. 10/10 would visit again.

Be sure to check the price on what you’re charged at the end compared to advertised prices. Employees claim “oh they must have gone up.” Without the ability to correct it. Entrapped into paying more than expected
