Kanamizu Japanese - Medford

EDIT x 2: LOve teriyaki salmon lunch box. So delicious! Also NEW ADDITION TO MENU--SUSHI BURRITOS! so many options. I have had the softshell crab and a spicy white tuna sushi burrito and they were delicious!! Love Kanamizu! Sushi is fresh and amazing. Perfectly made. The people are so nice. Truly great people here.

Everything here is so good! Sushi was really good. Salmon and tuna isn't the best I've ever had but still really good and fresh. The fried rice however is THE best. One time we waited a little longer than expected, we had a big order, didn't mention anything to them but they surprised us with free drinks. The woman is always very nice.

It was okay. I don?t like that they put lettuce in my shrimp tempura and Kani salad, that seemed like a cheap way to make it look like it worth spending the money on the overpriced food. The hibachi noodles tasted like pepper and nothing else. I did like the spicy tuna roll and the crab rangoons. Not worth the price though.

Good, local place for ramen and other noodles. I have not tried the sushi, but the sashimi salad was good. Unfortunately, it is only open for takeout. I would love to sit at a sushi bar or a table. Seems as though most Asian restaurants have stopped being restaurants and switched to takeout joints.

I?ve lived in the area for about 10 years and continue to order sushi from Kanamizu. Delicious food and friendly service! One of my favorite restaurants in South Jersey!
