Dutch Bros Coffee - Medford

If I get in line before closing I don?t expect the coffee maker to take so long with a customer ahead of me so that that they tell me they?re closed when I get to the window and get out of helping me. I was in line before closing.

The manager Kaylee helped me order what I wanted. She knew everything so well and made exactly what I was craving.

Great coffee, staff is usually friendly. I had a gift card this last time and it wouldn?t work however, and the girl was very rude and told me she wasn?t going to check the balance and demanded $7.

I don't go to these type places often. Maybe once a year. This day I was very tired and had to work so I needed some serious coffee and caffeine. I ordered a large milky way. While the staff was very friendly, the wait in line was forever! I waited in line of cars for about 2-30 minutes. The biggest complaint is the prices. For a large coffee with a fair tip was $10! I mean come on...that's ridiculous.

Another great Dutch run. Got my tea and great service. I really appreciate how the employees can sense if you need a quick conversation or if you just need liquid love so you can jump start your day.
