Arby's - Medford

Very very long wait in the Drive-Thru cold food and didn't get the sauces and napkins I requested finally the clerk did give me some

Very disappointed with their giro sandwhich. Yuk never buy again. Arbys beef is only good sammies

Bad experience. Got our Hawaiian fish sandwich and it was barely put together, just a mess and the bottom bun was burnt. We showed them and the fixed it. Sure they did. All they did was remove the burnt bun and put it on top or the top was also burnt. We got it back and the bottom was fine and the top was burnt. Our Mac and cheese, well you don't need to put a it's hot sticker on it cuz it wasn't even warm. My slider was also cold. We just gave up and left. We won't be there again for a long time. We usually don't go to Arby's anyway cuz the place is so so so slow. Now we won't be going due to today's food. Our whole meal needed to be redone or replaced. This is just another reason we don't shop local or Medford first.

The dining room was very clean and cared for. The staff was pleasant, but it took a while to both order and then receive our food. The sandwiches were very well prepared and the roast beef ones had good protons of meat.

The food was excellent, but one staff member made a fuss about my order because I used my nickname instead of my real name. Other than that, everyone else was friendly.
