Real Italian Gusto - Medford

Excellent everything! The food was great and perfect portions. I love the Bolognese. She loves the Carbonara. Nice drink. Place is also immaculate.

What a jewel. I live a city and this place is four miles from my house. The absence of a really good Italian restaurant within ten minutes and friends beat this place. Family owned and operated and the food, drinks and dessert all A plus. This is my new job.

Great place for dinner or drinks. The pizza here is authentic Neopolitan and is excellent. If you are looking for real South Italian cuisine and pizza, I recommend The Real Gusto. Worth the trip!

Real Gusto is a gem in Medford Square. They feature an ever-changing, fresh menu. A great date night idea.

The food was great. There was 6 of us and we all enjoyed our dishes. We even shared plates! The server was amazing! Drinks were great too! It’s a small place but really cool with the open kitchen.
