Espresso Sanducheria - Medellín

This version of the popular Vietnamese railway mi sandwich is amazing, perfect combination of aromen and the black is perfectly cooked every time. the menu has options for all, so far I have tried banh mi, shrimp and club sandwich and loved all...the sides are even, steamy, boiled yellow kartoffel or suppe. Although their specifics are sandwiches, this is not an almost food restaurant. the place is small and cozy, beautiful music and the personal is really beautiful. one day the cheesecake is so good, one of my favorites.

I had the Philly cheese steak, it was served on a beautiful bungalow that was super delicious. I would go back and try the different sandwiches available.

A good sandwich requires a good bread and you can´t find many places in Medellin that get it right. Espresso makes their own bread, the meats are superb, I´d go with the ahogao, roast beef au juice, it´s very good. You can order your sandwich...either with grilled potatoes or fresh salad, both very well made, you also have your choice of sourdough, all grain, brioche. They offer meat and meatless versions, nice mixes with good ham, good cheese, .... The ambiance is pretty good, way better than the average for El Poblado, nice music, is not a crowded place, is quiet, service is very good, usually the cheff or waiter will take your order. Price is about US$ , well worth.

I was here because I was a great review about the best cheesecake in the world is everything just delicious, the place is wonderfully decorated and the owners make the food themselves. next time I will order the rabo de toro sandwich, it...has wobbled rings covered with speck. just delicious.
