TGI FRIDAYS - Mechanicsburg

We brought our parents to this restaurant to celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary, and we were extremely pleased with the service and attention we received as we celebrated this special occasion with 12 family members.

I originally didn't want to go to TGI Fridays due to the noise and crowds, but I was pleasantly surprised during my visit. The food was excellent!

Not enough staff. After a long wait, food was served, but no utensils. We celebrated two birthdays and inform employees when it and on reservation online, but no recognition.

Great food and great service. Mgr often comes to check-in. complains of cool paces and he/she adapted for us. My only concern is that I was told that I hadn't called to adjust my open table reservation, we hadn't taken place. You obviously don't reserve tables.

Floors sticky...shoes stuck to floorcwhen walked thru resturant. Bathroom very dirty.. Dust and cob webs inbetween stalls. Floors sticky in bathroom also. DIRTY place overall.
