The waitress was very helpful and friendly. Very attentive and fast service. Eating is good. Especially the bottomless sides

Three of us went on a Friday night at 6:00. The business was average. We all ordered the cheesy Fondo Burger Platte, a side salad and Pretzel Bite Appetizer. Overall, the food was delicious. The service was not good on this occasion. It took 10 minutes to get a soda refill, never got my extra frits that were asked and had to ask for salad after we had almost finished eating. When the salad arrived, we never got cutlery. My friend ate it with the Burgerzahnpicks. Will go again, but hope for better service.

Not much of a wait for a Friday night at 5:30. Our server was prompt and the meal came out in time. We started with onion rings with diving sauce, which was beautiful and delicious (a comment, it was a little fat, but finally it is roasted). We ordered 2 fondue burgers, the Southern Charm Burger and a children's castle. The Southern Charm Burger was brilliant, unfortunately the 2 fondue burgers were boiled over (med-well was ordered and they came very well made), but other than that everything was good.

This place is rough. The floor was disgusting. Food and garbage. The high chair she brought out for my 7 month old was dirty, looked like he had never been clean. Onion ring appetizer was brought out without plates because they do not have clean plates available. Food was decent, but I can't eat in a dirty place. I never go back.

This is my first time here and will be our last. The host isn't very friendly, didn't greet us with a smile. It looks like she is ready to go home or completely hates her job. They sat us in a timely manner but the floor is filthy and looks like roaches will come out any second to pick at the food all over the floor. I'm watching the bus boy clean down the booths and he a is doing a very poor job and leaving streaks of crumbs everywhere. Our high chair is dirty beyond belief. Good thing we had a high chair cover. Our waitress just came out with our appetizer and says there are no clean plates but when they get cleaned I will bring some out for you. Mind you it's not crazy busy in here. Trying to give this place a chance but it's going downhill fast. Food was good. Couldn't complain. Our server was very nice. But we won't be back. BTW I and reviewing this place while I am here now eating.
