Booked for a work event of 110 people. They were very accommodating to how we needed to set up, the food we needed (allergies etc. and very nice people. I would definitely recommend them and keep them in mind for future events. Unfortunately we missed out on the Hog and only opted for the BBQ, it did not disappoint. Good food and the amount we got for the price per head was very very reasonable. Thanks again!

We hired Sahara’s bbq hog for my 40th party. From the first email, Lisa Darren we’re brilliant in communicating and explaining the process. The price for a whole hog plus sides was extremely competitive and the service they provided on the night was fab. They arrived promptly and the hog was served on time. Everyone loved the food and the pork was delicious and moist. The potato salad went down a storm too. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again and to recommend them to everyone
