Arby's - Meadowville

My buddy and I went here three days ago on April 18th, and we were quite hungry and made our orders. It took 26 minutes for my bud's order to be readied, and by the time that happened, our food was cold. The employees seemed, at best, inattentive, and at worst flippant. I've had to ask twice about our food, and both times they were saying it was a chicken sandwich. At the end of the day, we've had a rather middling experience, and I found out today that my buddy may have received a burn from his food, which he has filed a complaint for, but I'm less than pleased to know that we were treated awfully. I personally don't see myself coming back here for a very long while.

Great environment and employees. The food was ready pretty quickly, and it was delicious.

Everything was up to my expectations. The food and service were on point. Definitely recommend this place in Colonial Heights.

Colonial heights location didn't want to add brisket to the Meat Mountain sandwich as a substitute for the ham they did not have...this sandwich requires all the meats. Stating they will not substitute again.

Better than most fast food at least they continue to update their menu
